    Large DBW Thottle Body with forced induction, who has had luck?

    We have a 112 on a 2650 here that makes over 1000rwhp and the 112 worked great for about 1000 miles or so then has progressively got worse. We have tried to flip it over and we have the same result with 1516 codes. I have put a video link here of the blade under a WOT pull along with a log and tune file. 2016-mod-55.hptREDUCEDENGPOWER.hpl

    This will fix your issue, I cant save the file on my work computer but its self explanatory after this step. You will see p1516 in Engine Diag -> airflow next to 2101

    I dont want to high jack this thread but I am having issues with the P1515 and P1516 codes... The following is a help request that I posted on the HPT facebook help page:

    C5 guys, I need some help. I am getting 1515 and 1516 codes coupled with reduced engine power and no throttle response (limp mode) on my 2001 C5 Z06. I have attached a video of a scan showing tps and tpp info... HELP!

    PS - I originally had a LS3 style TB (Nick Williams 102mm) and heard that it could have been my problem so I had a new TB built by Nick using the stock TB components (also a 102mm).

    Edit - The attached video is with KOEO and with me modulating the pedal. Towards the end of the video (1:05) you can see that the TPS went from ~78% to 0 and then went to 14.7 and held. This the the point at which the TB snaps closed and quits moving.

    ECM 12940, 41, 42 all need to be fixed and and ECM 2150 needs to be 8191 on a e67 for a 108mm or larger. I run a 108mm

    Nick's upgraded TB motor will fix the problem with the newer bigger TB setups combined with boost, BUT for those looking for perfection - make sure to correctly tune the three tables that jslic posted - they will make a 1000rwhp car drive like a factory car. Thank you Scott for helping us get those
