It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

It depends. Files are compatible if they are intended for the same Service Number PCM. There are several numbers listed for the Escalade, and several for the Silverado, some are the same between them while some don't cross. The files meant for each of them are different because there's more than one flavor of "2006 Silverado 5.3"; I'm unsure how much variation there is between Escalades, they were pretty much all the same (i.e., there was no stripped down 'work truck' version of the Escalade). Go look them up somewhere like Rockauto and look at the GM/ACDelco numbers for each one. (Some 5.3 Silverados were cable throttle and need the IAC drivers inside, flex fuel vs non, stuff like that.)

If your PCM, original from the Escalade, still has the ID sticker legible with the Service Number, Part Number, and 4-letter CalID it will make it easier to figure out if it's a match with one of the listings for the Silverado.

You could use a GM tool or HP Tuners to write a 2004 calibration file into a 2006 computer or vise versa in the right situations. People do that all the time, it's just that it can be very costly with credits if you did it that way.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.

If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.

If you know the VIN of the Escalade the swap components originally came from, it would be super easy to plug that VIN into the GM tools and get the proper calibration back on it, and then copy the tune details back from what's in there now. Trying to pick a file from the repository that matches your exact parts could be... difficult.
