cammed ls3 will not idle

ls3 with ls1 hot cam starts and idles cold but when you give it throttle and let off it dies out. to start it up again you have to give it throttle and will not stay running unless you keep on the pedal. has been tuned by someone else before and they didn't know the problem. please help!!

Gotta post the tune file and list the mods or we're all just shooting in the dark.
