Hi Guys i bought a brand new 6l80e for my LT83 5.3
The transmission had a blank TCM so GM flashed it with the stock program
but in doing this had to also flash an update into my ECU.
After he installed everything the Engine cranks but wont start.

Possible that you are running into a VATS issue now.
Spray some brake cleaner in the throttle body, if it starts and runs on that you have no fuel.

And was the VATS removal done with a write entire or write calibration?

Ok got it started and moving. No reverse but reverse lights come on also on the dash.
