Asking for credits again
Ive tuned my truck a few times. then I rebuild transmission now its asking for credits I already put 4 credits into the truck. I don't understand why its asking for it again

if I resync then try and read I get detect protocol failed
if I try and scan I get unable to detect this vehicles diagnostic protocol

i get power to the mpvi2. i can scan it with my snap on scanner but downloading or uploading tunes is not working either is the vcm scanner

These are the only things I can think of to try:
Resync the interface
Uninstall software, redownload software and resinstall
Uninstall/reinstall drivers
Ensure fully charged batteries
Check obd2 plug isn?t pushing pins out in the obd2 connector under the dash/ensure solid pin connection/engagement
