    Angry knocking !!!

    I have 2013 caprice L77 engine equipped with VCM cold air intake and XFORCE 1.3.4 headers . when i increase the timing one degree it shows lot of knocking , then decrease it one degree the scanner shows no knocking at all !!!
    I attached the datalog .
    kindly can anyone give an idea about what can cause these strange knocks ?
    i tried :
    1) increase octane
    2) new spark plugs with new wires
    3) desensitize knock sensor level

    You should start by getting your fuelling right before moving on to any spark tuning. Your fuelling at the moment is way off. See below screen shot where i've added your cmd vs measured AFR and AFR error.

    but I'm using other wide band which connected in the car i bought it last week .
    the one which connected to the scanner it's external and it's not accurate , the fuel in WOT 12.5-12.2 i'm sure about that and in the part throttle around 14.7

    not every car is like the previous Abdulaziz, looks like your targeting around 24/25 ignition which is a bit high especially with the poor fuel quality

    I now that very well sultan, not every car is like previous
    but i mentioned in previous comment i'm not using wide band which connected to scanner , my target in spark table is 19 deg and wide band is 12.5-12.2 WOT , part throttle 14.4-14.9 .
    i was working in the car yesterday and i found one of AFM DOD lifters not in good situation .
    I'll try to fix it first then retry again .

    Adulaziz are you able to post another log with your new wideband connected to the scanner as well as your tune file?

    sorry for the late , i was working in the car and i deleted DOD kit , these are two logs with inner WB .
    timing 19 and 21 deg .

    Hi Abdul, your fueling is still a long way out (see below) and much too rich in areas. its really important to get this right. It makes the rest of the process so much easier.
