6.0L swapped C5 maxxing stock maf?

Hey guys I have a quick question. I have a 2000 c5 corvette with a forged and cammed 6.0L engine. I am still running the stock 78mm maf air bridge ect. When i do a pull in warm weather (70+*) my afr stays right where i want it all the way to the limitier. The maf usually hits 9,980htz and will never go higher.

The maf table runs out to 12k htz i believe so I assumed the maf is capable of reading that high.

When the temperature drops below say 65 and i go do a pull I get the same maf readings but the afr starts running away leaner throughout the pull. My ait sensor works good, injector duty cycle has plenty left in it, has a fresh raceteonix pump and wire kit ect. I think my maf just cannot read over 10k htz and its leaning out.

I have 2 85mm truck mafs sitting around so if you guys think thats my problem I will just make a new intake setup and retune.

I dont remember the g/s exactly but the maf table has been slightly modified to dial in fuel. Id have to check a log when I get home from work. The maf is also descreened. I do know it usually shows 44lb/min for airflow.

You’re thinking idle speeds Bc that’s around 7.5 g/sec which is about right for idle airflow..

I want to know how much it’s moving at WOT

44lb/min is wot, you would have to convert that to g/sec to get the number you are looking for.

I'm not sure what you mean by scaled. Basically what i did was put in the injector info, set my pe table how i wanted it, then made some minor changes to the maf table to get the afr in line with what I was commanding it to be.

Obviously theres more to the story for driveability and cruising ect but that is how I tuned it for wot.
