Not that I'm aware of. Did you have any luck trying to resolve the issue?

X11 errors can be due to several reasons
    1. VPP chip in MPVI is going bad/has gone bad
    2. not cycling the ignition when prompted
    3. issue with the ignition/ignition wiring to the PCM.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

    Thanks for the response.

    1. Still works in my 08 Suburban
    2. After cycling it reads: "controler unlocker: timed out"
    3. Power and grounds have been confirmed

suburban isn't VPP and doesn't require the chip to be functional.

Bummer! What are my options from here? I have $200 worth of Ford and Dodge credits on this cable yet.

Even after the cable was fixed it still doesn't work. Only the MPVI2 will connect. After all the drama the switches to turn on and off the VATS system failed to work. All I needed to do for the runstand that I had build was to disable anti theft and unfortunately HPtuners doesn't support this ecu. Had to outsource SCT tuner and it did the trick.
