Whipple tune aren't good.. don't waist time and money. Get a good email tune or dyno. I finally got my tuned through email and it drives good without any issues...
Do a search for adding a SCIAP sensor. It makes a tremendous difference tuning these out.

OK, sending the link to a gent in Canada right now as he's doing a blown cam swap into a jeep. Already told him he really needed to do this. Nice to know there's a simple kit for it now.

i dont have surging, its a sudden 100% throttle at only like 50% pedal...
You can often fix that in the DD tables. Take a bunch out and keep things smooth. I often have to do that for blower installs. Usually lighter throttle though for the drive through window or stop and go traffic scenarios.

You've got a couple of codes you might want to check into. Might need a new pedal from the looks of it. Think there was an update for flexing too.

I still stand by that SCIAP sensor is what you need.
The ECU does not understand that it has a supercharger attached.
It believes that 50% Demanded torque roughly equates to 50% throttle
In a supercharger case, this results in no vaccum and then all the boost.
The computer then in some cases shuts the throttle because the actual torque is way to high for the pedal demanded torque.
With the SCIAP sensor, the ECU can modulate the throttle and torque based on the amount of air pressure just behind the throttle blade
i can sure try it, i just noticed my codes lol,, but its a pita to drive right now... pulling out in the street and it basically does a burnout for 2-3 seconds.. not real safe
