lt4 fuel system upgrade no rail pressure

Hello everyone, I have a 2014 lt1 corvette here that I just finished installing LT4 hpfp and injectors. This is the 4th car that Ive done this same upgrade on and for some reason this car has no rail pressure. I'm basically reporting low pressure pump values at the rail while idling. I have a commanded idle rail pressure of around 1000psi and im getting about 50-60psi. So did i just get lucky and have a bad pump? I have all the LT4 fuel pump/injector data in the tune and like i said this isn't my first conversion. The only difference with this car is that this one has an aftermarket cam and I have checked my clearances on the base circle and at full lift the pump is not bottoming out.
