    Data log PLease Look

    200 5 4.3 to 5.3 swap 7875 turbo e85 etc...

I have an issue where under WOT in first gear my TPS drops from 100% to 38% (6:15:57) multiple times for no apparent reason. I'm running a TBSS intake and using the X-link for the DBW to work. I can go back to a truck intake if I have to im just trying to determine if this is a throttlebody issue or an X-link issue.

    Thanks,

Is it torque management requesting that the throttle close, or is it a wiring or component problem? You aren't logging enough channels to tell what's really going on. When chasing a problem log EVERYTHING, the stuff that turns out to be not relevant can just be ignored. But if the data isn't recorded at all by not logging the channels it's lost forever.

Also, all those codes you have set? If you aren't using EVAP or the O2s, you should set those DTCs to No Error Reported. Leaving them enabled can make weird stuff happen for what seems to be no reason.

No the tune is scaled by 50% I'm using ID 725's with bosche 1050s in the mail. Probably should have mentioned that.

I'll log everything but I really think it's the xlink. Im swapping back to a truck throttle body tomorrow. I think I'm chasing an electrical issue relative to the TPS. When it drops to 38% throttle I'm 100% in the throttle.

Why a scaled tune when your IFR table allows up to 254lb/hr?

Are you really using a MAP sensor that has the exact specs of 200.00 linear/10.33 offset? Those are the generic defaults when doing the 2bar conversion, not necessarily correct for any particular sensor.

You still have Brake TqMgt=1 (enabled) in your System Options, too.

Im using a gm 2 bar map sensor those are the settings according to the manufacture, if I didn't scale the tune I run out of spark table at 1.20 cylinder airmass limiting me on spark advance at 1.20 grams. I max that out at 2#s if I didnt scale it. I'm certainly open to other methods though.

Good eye on the tqmgt thank you.

I don't know Gen3 stuff well, do you have these channels? Would make it easier to nail down the throttle issue. If you foot's on the floor and APP drops out, then the throttle body closing is doing what it's told to, and you need to look at something like pedal/TAC wiring.
