Gen3 PCM flex enabled but doesnt recognize?

Same ECU and base OS Ive used on half dozen others. Even setting the default percentage to 10% it still shows 0% alcohol content which doesnt make sense either When I use the config I normal use for logging these, it will disappear the Flex timing adder field, leaves alcohol content but shows 0% no matter what. Originally found a bad connection to the sensor output of the flex sensor - only thing left is its a new sensor dead out of the box but I dont have a spare to test against - will have to wait until tomorrow

Used 2 different pcms with flex fuel set to enable and default set to 10-15% still 0% shown

Tried another sensor, same thing, has good continuity from signal out to pcm, 12 volt and ground checks out fine...
