LQ9 in a mud bogger, engine starts and idles fine. Fast idle when cold and slowly idles down as ect comes up. This is a cable throttle setup. I have gone into the file and put a 0 in the ETC block in the system tab. But still no throttle response. I am not super knowledgeable on the LQ and LS platforms, so am looking for some help from the experts here please.
Aside from the computer thinking it's a 5.3 still and not a 6.0, does/can the computer use the cable throttle body?
Did it have the IAC drivers and such on the circuit board?
That file shows the ETC still at 1, maybe it's just an old file. Was a write entire done for the systems change?
The control method for the cutoff should also be be set to disabled for ETC.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.
If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.
After reloading the file a second time, all is good.
