Need help with 08 GMC 2500 6.0 electric fan swap

I have a 2008 GMC Sierra 2500 HD with a clutch fan. I recently did a fan swap. I bought OEM electric fans and got a factory harness from a local dealer that came out of a truck with electric fans. I thought all I would have to do was plug everything in and adjust the tune. I tuned it to what it needs to be and my fans did not come on. Upon researching I have found that I will have to pin my e38 ecm in pins 17 and 58. My question is what size pins do I use and where do I connect the pins on the other end? Do they go to the relays? If so, does it matter which one goes to which relay?

I thought that since my truck has fuses and relays for the fans already that I would just be able to plug and play. Thanks in advance for any kind of assistance. I have been looking everywhere and just cannot find much information for my year model and this set up.
