The earlier versions of these have no flex sensor support correct?

Are there any 0-5v inputs that can be used to influence fueling etc? I think Ive seen some work arounds people are trying?

When and what ECUs started getting flex capable support?

I don't beleive chrysler ever used a flex sensor. I beleive they always inferred based on fuel trims.

Someone correct me if there was an application I'm not aware of.
