turbo 5.3 idling rough

I'm having trouble with my truck running all of a sudden. fired truck up to take it for a drive and was letting it warm up and then it started shaking and running rough. stft started going crazy. driver side exhaust has just a little bit of heat in it and passanger side hot like normal. changed 02 sensor on driverside and nothing changed. checked wiring and plug wires all was good. any help greatly appreciated

5.3l stock cam
60lb/hr deatschwerks injectors
60 psi fuel pressure at rail
single 76mm turbo
stock 4l60 with 2800-3200 protorque stall converter

Sounds like you may have a misfire? Log misfires and/or disable cylinders one at a time and see what happens.
