Question PROBLEMS!!!! 4L60E not shifting at WOT

Guys please help i?m so freaking frustrated with this truck!!!

    It?s a 2005 Chevy Colorado 4x4 I installed a 5.3 LH6 w/ Texas speed cam 212/218 600 lift. The trans is a 4L60E with a 2200-2400 stall. Tire are 33/12.50

The problems i?m having is the truck will not shift at WOT also it will not go into lock up on the converter, I can command it to go into lock up but when i do it starts to surge. I?ve watched countless videos on YouTube about the not shifting at wide open throttle and I?ve tried them all. I live in Virginia and it?s so hard to find a good tuner in my area.

    Any Help would be awesome

    Thanks

try using the bluecat trans calculator, can find it in the forums.

it wont make any shifts at WOT? or just certain shifts?

you need to be careful applying lockup at WOT, if its not built wouldnt suggest it. but there is a tab in TCC for it. also might want to raise min TCC duty to 90 across the board, and 99 on max. its either on or off.

So I just got back from a test drive. Take a look at the data log if you dont mind. But the truck from a dead stop I floor it and it shifts from 1st to 2nd then gets to 6200 rpm and goes into fuel cut I let out of it and it shifts to 3rd.
