Engine cuts out when rev limit reached

Hi, As per the title I have a curious situation that when the rev limit is reached, the engine cuts out. I don't mean temporarily as you might expect from, well a rev limiter, I mean if the limit is approached quickly enough such as accelerating hard in a low gear, the engine will hit the limiter and cut out and wont restart unless the ignition key is cycled. I haven't managed to get a datalog yet and the truck is off the road at the moment. I was wondering if anyone could see anything obvious in the tune I'm missing.

Thats quite strange.
I dont see anything out of place in the tune but a log would help for sure.

What if you raise your fuel cut limiter by 500 rpms?
I always setup a DBW tune so the ETC catchs the rpms but just incase i set the fuel cut a little higher say 500-600 rpms.
