    Flex fuel conversion on gen 4

    Is it really worth converting a gen 4 to flex fuel if so how much can you gain

    That all depends.

    It's worth a possible 5-10hp and 13ft lbs bump on a stock engine, even GM claims that when they rated some of the GEN 4 LS V8 engines. Then if you tune it even more with E85, there can be more gains to be had on a stock engine.

    It would really shine on a modded engine with a camshaft or something along those lines. Also if the fuel is much much cheaper than premium 91-93 octane (if that is what you ran) it could save you money if the gas mileage hit is not a factor.
