Wideband dropping out

Probably not the correct place to ask. Sorry. I have my AEM wideband with a piggy back OBD connector. It's worked really good for a few months. Lately it will drop out, while scanning. And or not be there at all. It's in my list in the scanner but when I connect to vehicle, it disappears from the list. Or today, it was working fine then mid-log it just dropped out. Any help appreciated. Thanks.

I run an Innovate on a serial USB directly into my computer and I sometimes get the same thing. If I kill the scanner, restart it and reconnect to the GTO is works fine 95% of the time. It seems to be a stability issue.
