EFI source sells a 3 bar MAP.
Or people run the LS9/ZR1/ZL1/CTSV 3 bar map sensor. Though I believe you have to just swap two pins around on the connector for that one.

They do.
The MAP sensor you run really doesn't matter, so long as the MAP sensor data is correct. You could run a 2 bar MAP sensor on a 3 bar OS or the 3 bar MAP sensor on a 2 bar OS.
Even if your computers OS upgrades only support 2 bar OS's, using the 3 bar sensor is just fine. Then you just have to deal with the fueling table being limited to 14psi but you could still log higher with the 3 bar sensor.
