We can't see what you see without the file brah.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.

If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.

your file has 2 Bar SD Custom OS applied.

it will require the MAF wires unplugged and the IAT wires left, or an alternate IAT sensor and patch harness.

you have actual VE tables to edit and the MAF doesn't need calibrating as it is ignored by the PCM

After digging around it that's what I was assuming. I can physically scale three axis so it can read a LS9 map, but does that work as it should?

This must have been done with an OLD version of HPTuner when you actually could do that which version was this?

If I enabled maf diagnostics and populate maf table will it work with maf or its hard coded in this custom OS to disregard it?

you can scale any map sensor and itll work as it should. 312.50 and -11.25 are factory LSA sensor settings and will work.

if you plug in a MAF with custom OS it does really odd things.

best to write entire a stock file and go again if you want to use a MAF.

I prefer SD. much disagreed with by most yanks. with SD you have an actual VE table not a virtual one and you only have to calibrate the VE. not both MAF and VE.

The MAF should still function even on a upgraded OS. The computers ability to use the sensor doesn't go away.

It's up to you if you want to keep it or not.
