BA Falcon NA+T running to lean

Hi all I'm new to tuning, i have a BA Falcon manual that was NA, and a turbo has been thrown on it, the car's history is unknown and was told that it was tuned to 14psi of boost. Tune seems all sorts of wrong, but I've managed to get my head round most of it. However, the part I'm struggling with is the vehicle is running extremely lean when it comes onto boost and i can't seem to work out how to adjust the air fuel ration to make it richer. Trying to get my head around exactly what table it would be under. Some things I've read say that it's changed under the SD table, others I've read that its under torque and I'm just unsure. Just after a bit of guidance if possible, to point me in the right direction. Thanks.

Vehicle details: Green top gas engine, NA Intake Manifold and injectors, 3.5bar fuel pressure, told it has a stock XR6T Base tune (unsure)
