2006 supercharged 300c help

Hi Im new to this world of Hp tuners but I have a 671 blower on a 5.7 300c. i am using the factory throttle body mounted before the supercharger.
I have the vehicle running and driving ok,its still rich on wot but I have noticed that the throttle looks like it only opens to about 75%. Also once you press the accelerator peddle to around 20-22 % the actual throttle jumps to 34% open. What should I be looking at and what do I need to log

The throttle blade will never show 100%. Instead, log throttle voltage. As for your throttle surge, that is probably due to the fact that most your air tables are stock. The fix seems to be to dial back the airtables.
