What all is done to the truck? Have you tuned the Base Running Airflow?

The truck is stock. except exhaust. cats have been deleted. magnaflow muffler Air raid Jr kit ported throttle body 180 degree thermostat every thing is fine except the high idle at cold start. I think it may have some thing to do with the timing max retard not being set. could that cause that issue

set minimum spark to 0 not 15.

    0 catalyst heating multiplier

edit ECT spark correction for cold idle. note the multiplier of 2

0 out both stall saver tables

The only thing that I am not getting is te editing of ECT spark correction I'm sorry if I'm being a pain. I am a mechanic trying to learn with HP Tunners because it shows more pods and data than some scanners we use.

Sorry sir I did not see your post. Made most of the adjustments you told me to. I also had to adjust Startup PID delay from 1.3 s to 1.0 s . And it fixed the idle hang on start up
