Idle Issues e38 ecu 95mm BBK Throttle body

I adjusted scalar to 7000 how do we actually get a proper number for this? I also upped the airflow final minimum and the start up air flow but i cant seem to get it to idle without stalling out. if apply throttle i can get to eventually smooth out more but will still surge. I never tuned these aftermarket throttle bodies before and heard they can be nightmares. I will attach my file below. 2011 camaro ls3, Car has long tubes, stage 2 btr cam high flow cats.
