04 Mercury Mountaineer Pats Disable Tune file attached.

Long story short was given this suv no keys yes I replaced the keys and tumbler but I am torn between buying a tune credit or paying a locksmith I want minimal invested in this truck as I plan on flipping it I have connected hp tuners to the truck when connected it shows under system>security<Pats switch disabled and Pats Alternative disabled is there nothing I can do to disable pats if its already showing Disabled? mountainerr.hpt

you just need to program the new keys. you didnt replace the PCM just the tumblar and keys. if PATS is currently of the vehicle should be able to start as is..
