E38 2 bar SD conversion and injector help

Hi guys looking for some help with a 2 bar sd conversion on an early e38.

Vehicle is a 2007 Tahoe with turbo kit and injectors. Otherwise stock.

I copied and transposed my VVE table.

I also added FIC 65lb injectors.
-Due to injector size limit I scaled by halving the injector flow rate, and doubling the stoich.

Vehicle starts, but won't stay running. I feel like I missed something.

I've attached my stock file, and 2bar file if someone wouldn't mind taking a look.

    Thanks in advance.

What MAP sensor are you running??

Did you half the IVT terms as well?

    It's a 2 bar from On3 performance.

I did not half the IVT. I'll give that a try

    log attached. 3 attempted startups.

I'm not sure what parameters you would need to see.

    Thank you for the help

Did their MAP sensor come with data?

Just trying to make sure that matches because the key on engine off MAP KPA should make where you live. Like sea level would be right around 100kpa and if you lived at 6,000 feet it would be way lower like it is now.

    Good catch.

    Offest: -10.33
    Linear: +208-200
It's strange to me that there is a range with this sensor.

got it to run the longest it has yet

made some changes to the offset and linear. after calculating the linear value, I upped the offset until it read 103kpa with the engine off.

Also undid the doubling of the stoich table as it wouldn't even try to run with it that way.

I've got some messing around to do tomorrow after work...

Are those FIC injectors rated at 58psi or 43.5?

If it's 58psi, it should be just fine to set the table up without doing the double stoich method. You'd only be 1.5lb/hr off at and above 408kpa which won't cause you any major headaches.

    They are 72lb/hr at 58psi.

An excel sheet with the injector data can be found here: http://fuelinjectorclinic.com/HPTUNERS0650

The spread sheet was too large to attach.

Is there anything else that needs to be scaled when cutting the flow and IVT in half, and doubling the stoich?

Sometimes you have to pull a bunch of fuel away from the airflow model because it will be rich. If you have a wideband hooked up you could maybe see in the short run time if it's super rich while running.

Update: Threw away the on3 map sensor and replaced with a genuine gm map sensor and it started right up.

    All the help was appreciated.
