    Imobilizer control

Is there a key imobilizer control for the 2012 Cruze 1.4l and does it have control over the injectors? I know that deleting the VAT's and enableing the tcs is supposed to eliminate this but it hasn't done it on this ECM. What can be done so that the injectors will pulse. I had a guy come over that has a dealership type scanner to try and figure out this problem. The first and only thing it lists is key immobilizer control for there not being a complete injector pulse. The scanner shows the same reaction as the MPVI2 . It starts to pulse then dies out very quickly. Jumps to maybe 15% then drops to zero very fast. The only thing we found was 1 injector didn't pulse when he used his scanner to force a pulse thru the ECU the other three were good. Now before someone says that the they won't pulse because 1 of them didn't this is sequence style injectors not bank fired no offense if everybody already new that I wasn't sure.
