Tuning Help - 2017 GT350 Hellion

I am looking to see if there are any tuners here that can help with a decent twin turbo tune. I am able to tune my cars but my most recent expereince is my GM LS motor (which is easy to tune) and my last Ford tuning expereince was on my Turbo 06 Mustang. Like many, I am worried that I will lose a lot of time chasing down a calculation or table that I missed. I'd like the ability to make updates to my tune as I modify the car so I don't want to go to a tuner that will just lock the file. I have some limited experience with tuning my GT350, I have a lope tune, Flex-fuel tune, straight E-85 tune, and have tuned for the 1050x injectors. Tuning this car for boost with good street manners is my goal.

Here are the mods that I will be running:
2017 GT350
ID1050x Injectors
Dual JMS BAP (plug and Play)
Hellion Street Sleeper kit w/ 4 into 1 Hellion headers (no CATS)
Boost will be 8 PSI for starters
93 and E85 tune

I am not soliciting for free tunes, I will pay for expertise and an unlocked tune that is for my use only and won't be posted or shared.
