    Command throttle VS vehicle speed

I have this issue I cant figure out. This is a ls swap in an old truck. stock 4.8 with a 6l80, ecm is an E38 from a 2010 1/2 ton truck with a 5.3 and 6l80
What happens is the command throttle is around 3% with the truck warmed up in gear. I let off the brake, dont touch the throttle and when the vehicle speed hits 2-3mph the command throttle jumps to around 10%. It does it in drive and reverse, every time and it needs to be fixed. None of my idle rpm settings are anywhere near the 900-1000 rpm thats its going up to.
    What am I missing here?
    Thanks

I figured out what the issue is. Something I have never had to adjust before, Under the Base running airflow, the table for Final Minimum Airflow. Its minimum Grams/second allowed in each gear range at a given RPM. I had to reduce the entire table by 2g/s.

So much to learn! Hope this helps someone else in the future.
