    2017 Silverado won't read

I tried to read this truck all day with no luck. I'm connected to WiFi on laptop and have tried over and over. Does it not work on weekends?

I think the lack of responses is it is hard to find a solution without a little more context. Like what was it saying when you tried to connect. I don't think the day of the week was your cause but you were probably being sarcastic.

With the new ECU it has to send a request via HPT and wait for a response from them. You must be connected to the internet for first read. 100% believe it was cause weekend. Monday it worked first attempt...

Not likely, its an automated system that works 24/7
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...
