I want To Disable DTC P0742 Torque Converter Clutch Circuit Stuck On

I have a 2013 Charger R/T that occasionally tosses the P0742 Torque Converter Clutch Circuit Stuck On.

This is common on some of these cars even if the trans is OK. My car has 2.65:1 gears so the slip vs. desired slip window of 225RPM will exceed occasionally easier than lower gears and toss the code. Most of the time at cruise on long steep upgrades just before the trans decides to make a change.

So......... when it throws the code I get the light and after several ignition cycles without exceeding the window it will reset itself.
The pain in the "A" here is while the code is set my remote start will start the car and shut down after a few seconds.

In my DTC master list I only have P0740 (Torque Converter Clutch Solenoid Circuit/Open) which I hope covers P0742 Torque Converter Clutch Circuit Stuck On.
The SES Enable is not checked by default, the MIL is checked by default.

If I uncheck MIL will this do away with monitor all together or just not show the Engine Service light? Will my remote start work?

Will I have to flash the ECM and TCM?

    Thanks
