Gotta post the tune to get any help.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.

If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.

The 07-08 E38's have a max injector flowrate limit of 63.5 lb/hr. The easiest way to work around this is to scale the injector and AF ratio tables.
Double the stoich and half the IFR.

I did that for you here. Give it a try and see how it performs.

Edit...Oopsy! I just saw what I did on the IVT terms. It's fixed now.

Why did you double his IVT terms?

You need to half the IVT terms when doubling the stoich.

    Try this.
The VE numbers were pretty low at idle. I increased them to get them closer to a stock table.

Try this and do a datalog. Let's see what the short term fuel trims are doing.
