I submitted a support ticket last Friday but haven't gotten a response yet (Ticket 197335). My MPVI Pro unit quite on me Friday. Obviously this isn't supported anymore so I'll need to upgrade. Am I going to lose all of my licensing if the old one won't power up? Is it needed to transfer everything over? I need to get some kind of idea what to do here as I have appointments scheduled and I'm dead in the water at the moment.
