    4000 RPM limit

I finally got this 1.4l running good and it won't rev past 4,000rpm. It is completely stock no engine mods or ecm upgrades. Its a 2012 cruze 1.4l engine in an off road buggy, is there any one thing or a combo that can cause this?

The throttle is only active for about 1/2 to 2/3 travel too. I think I went over everything but I must have missed something.

I could really use some HELP, PLEASE Jim Thanks

Prolly missing the neutral switch and the stock tune has the park/neutral rev limit set at 4k

OK would that still work with the vats deleted and tcs inabled? If that has nothing to do with it can that be changed to say 6,000rpm? I have been reading as much as I can but not sure on how to or if it can be done.
All the sensors and wiring are just as stock would be. The only thing changed is the air cleaner and exhaust.

Yup, set the park neutral cell to your actual rev limit and you should be fine
