Rolling Idle RPM - Not Matching Table

My actual rolling idle command speed is not close to matching the table in the tune at all. I do not have the tune on this PC, I will try to remember and post up later. I was curious if anyone else has looked at this. I can't get it to command over 896 (even though stock is 900 in areas) and the max is set to 1300 in the cell to limit rolling idle. Curious to see if others have the issue. I sent this to support and they claim all is mapped properly after a new beta listed all gears.

1st gear 7.5 MPH commanded 708 RPM, actual 752 RPM (mapped gear 1)
2nd gear 13.7 MPH commanded 900 RPM, actual 800 RPM (mapped gear 2)
3rd gear 21.1 MPH commanded 900 RPM, actual 896 RPM (mapped gear 3)
8th gear 60 MPH commanded 1025 RPM, actual 896 RPM (mapped gear 8)

7.5 MPH in 2nd it seems to lock at 800 RPM. That is mapped gear 1.

At 21.1 MPH 3rd gear hits 896 RPM command and locks in there. It aligns
with nothing on the table and does not move past that speed.

If anyone has seen similar issues or has recommendations let me know. 2018 Sierra L83/A8
