TT LQ9 swapped GTO... spark tables conservative enough?

What you guys think of this starting point for spark tables for my TT lq9? I just used the stock lq9 spark tables (2006 chevy express). Is it conservative enough? ANd this is swapped into my 04 gto, so should i use the spark sensitivity tables from the GTO, or the lq9? both are gen3, but the chevy express engine is iron. Same position for the knock sensors.

I would think 5 degrees at wot is pretty low. If you look at your IAT spark table, and the amount of spark it pulls at low air temps (turbo air is hot), you will be driving around at negative timing. I,m not saying add 16 degrees to your Octane tables, but you will need to find the happy medium. Be sure and use a wideband to get your fueling in line.

Fueling is good. I was getting knock retard, but somewhere along the line my tuner changed my tip in tps knock sensor sensitivty to 4 across the board...wouldnt that make just about every little sound seem like knock?
