    09 z06 7.0L popped a p0601 , quick question please ?

Hello , quick history on this vehicle I own ,back in 2016 did cam, head work, ect?, in my shop. tuned with HP ,put a few thousand miles on it ,just recently was idling and stalled and wouldn't crank over until I cleared code. scanned found p0601 in engine side of the shop scanner , so with that being said after going through diagnosing electrical system ,I do believe I have to replace pcm due to having some sort of internal failure. Now my question is after my local dealer flashes stock tune in new pcm ,can I just download my tune into it or do I have to purchase credits? I have read many forum threads here but I need correct direction or procedure. ty in advance. Fred W.

A new computer would require credits.

From there it would be wise to do a copy/paste only with your old tune into this new computer. That will take all over 30 seconds to copy over all the data to make it the same.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.

If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.
