Idle hanging 2500 rpm and then coming down after a mintue or so

From the first motor since back when i went to sd and deleted the maf ive had the same problem. The idle will just jump to 2500rpm and hang for almost a minute in park and drive.ryan big motor 91oct stock ve tuning throttle cracker (1).hptryan drive 1.hpl ive got the ve pretty dialed in but every time i drive it it seems to want changes in the lower areas. stock trucks and cars ive tuned recently they have been fine no issues and then i even started over by the book and copied a stock 5.3 over into the sd file. please help idk what to do at this point. only thing i see is erratic idle is more steady when i first start the car but will still jump 2500rpm.i have sprayed the whole top with starter fluid checking for vacuum leaks and none.
    i'm currently using the
    gforce 92mm throttle body
    3" intercooler
    twin 72mm on 3 turbos
    sheet metal intake
    799 heads
    custom comp cam
    5.3 bored to 3.9
    forged flat top weisco pistons
    Callie rods
    stock crank
    i appreciate any help thanks

from what i'm seeing, its timing creating the idle hanging issue. gonna have to lower the timing in the areas where it hangs substantially in you base timing tables, your idle timing tables, and possibly increase your idle overspeed timing table

For anyone having this same issue I think I found it been a few hours and hasn't done it on multiple start ups the higher the number the quicker you throttle falls in park or neutral. Idle -airflow -throttle follwer -decay park neutral.
Throttle follower airflow Decay vs. speed in neutral

Typically throttle follower is the reason for hanging idle. It helps keep the rpms up when coming to a stop so the car can come to a smooth idle.
To much air and it will hang, to little it stalls
