I got a new laptop, reinstalled everything. I am trying to load my Overkill tune and it is telling me I need to purchase credits again after I already purchased for my Camaro a few months ago.... What would the problem be?? It is showing that I purchased 2 credits for my vehicle and the editor but I cannot load any tunes.

from what I can tell it is the fuel system part of the tune that is giving me the issues... How do I exclude that part of the tune I am trying to load? It will not even let me load the stock file because of that.
Re-read the file from the car without the fuel pump control module. Save that and then make your changes, then it will allow you to write to the car again.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.
If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.
