    ZL1 tune help

Posting a map and log for my 2018 ZL1 10spd Auto. Car runs well but timing is always a couple of degrees under base advance. AFR is .83-.84 at WOT. Everyonce in a while I see a little knock but its usually on decel. Im logging all the typical PIDS but dont see where it would be pulling any timing.

    Any help would be great.

you are not reaching full throttle. need to adjust your torque tables pedal 100% throttle body is only showing 92%.

I just edited your file with 10% more on your VVT which should open your throttle blades and also lowered your timing to 16* across 1.44G air mass which is where your car was doing okay but above 16* it began to knock. PE didn't enable from 2100rpms up till 4800rpms so I lowered the delay to 2000rpms.

Without seeing your wideband reading or knowing more about your car its guess work so be careful and attempt at your own risk. Just what I saw looks like it was getting knock above 15-16* timing so would make sure the car doesn't show any timing and work you way back up if you must.

No e85? also I zeroed out any table after 7200rpm because you dont want to be spinning that high anyways.

Thanks for looking at my map. Where are you seeing TPS is 92%? I went out a did a few pulls with your changes and not much changed. Still not commanding the correct timing. Log is similar to the first one I posted.

    Thanks

Sorry was thrown off by the way you have the pids for driver pedal vs throttle position , it is showing less than 99.6% so thought you might have been hitting a vtt throttle cut.

did your knock go away with less timing?

Mods are intake, ported TB, headers and 15% lower pulley. I was able to get my timing issue figured out which brought my torque numbers in line.

Some of the spark corrections were not zeroed out in the correct spot.
