    AC single shot pw table

    ford 7.3 diesel guys
anyone have the pw table for the 99-03 single shot 180cc AC injectors?

not that it matter but for reference they were swapped in a '99 F-550 E4OD otherwise all stock heavy towing application. GLF8 / VHAF7, using tunerpro to tune so just need the data

OR if anyone can tell me if the pulsewidth table needs to be increased or reduced and by how much percentage as a general rough amount?

and injector timing, being a single shot instead of dual does it need to light off sooner since it sprays shorter? or does it need to be delayed since its spraying all in one shot ?

im not a diesel tuner and will never be one just looking for some guidance to help out some family

Just taking a guess but I would say to zero out the pilot injection portion of the fueling maps then start adjusting timing.

You need to know what the injectors flow in order to adjust PW to an exact amount like you're asking for. In the diesel world only a few companies supply anything flow wise with their injectors. You'll also need to adjust the timing and amount of fuel or PW based on noise and smoke if you don't have access to a dyno, can monitor fuel flow, or cylinder pressure. Just remember older diesels and The 7.3 are very rudimentary when chasing tuning perfection.
