07 - 545rfe: Disable skip shift? Can't find it.

07 Ram HD 5.7.

Looking at the shift schedules, I see "2 Prime - 3" and "2 - 3". I have "2 - 2 Prime" Enabled but I don't see where to disable skip shifting. Am I missing it or if enabled, will it automatically use the 2 - 2P - 3 schedule on accel now?

I don't think you can disable skip shifting on the 545's
