I have a problem I think with the TCC locking and unlocking

I will be cruizing down the interstate between 65-85mph this happens It feels like the torque converter keeps unlocking and locking what can I do to prevent this?? It is when I have little throttle or the cruize control is set trying to run a constant speed. I am new to all this so please let me know what information you need to help me out. I have a high stall torque converter. I had someone else tune my car.

Do you have any idea where the other guy set the TCC settings? It can be difficult to getthat high stall to work right in cruise mode.
