Weak throttle and infamous 3rd gear trap

So I just installed my torqstorm supercharger (procharger) and now I have a extremely mushy throttle and it seems like whenever I go WOT it freaks out and either goes into 3rd gear and stays there until I restart or it goes into neutral and I have 0 power and have to restart the car but if I am driving carefully and not under boost it's fine. I'll be able to post logs this afternoon but any initial words of advice?
