    Defination not found???? please help a NOOB!

    i am using my pro for the first time on my 98 .2 S-10 well after i read entire it says definations failed, to email the file"which i cannot find" and my suite license so here it is. now what do i do??

    Definition failed to load. You will be unable to edit this file.
    Please e-mail this file to support at hptuners.com with a VCM Suite info log.

    the file is wherever you saved it. Try the read again and save it to your desktop.

    Also, try not to post your serial # and key on the forum as well.

    ok here is what it saved to my desk top

    when i open it it goes to editor, the i get the box appering in the middle saying file not suppported? now what?

    sorry about the key and serial number....NOOB mistake! i just talked wit a buddy if your, Frank "revolution raceworks from out there. i have a radix silverado ss, he said he knew you and sorta talked me into the sofware from ya.

    what file. when i click to open the file i get the box saying defination not found?

    ok i must be plain stupid....i cannot get the file to open to copy it, not cut and paste?

    heck yeah, i have tried to cut and paste it from my desk top, i have tried to open it, i have opened hptuners and clicked the file open and as soon as it goes to open i get the box saying defination not found please email to support. this is enough to honk the pope off!!!!

    click new mail or compose email
    click attach file
    attach file
    type something in the subject line
    type something in the body section
    click send

    how much time will i have to wait for a patch to update my definations??? if i got new software why didn't it come with all new info???

    thats why we have beta testers such as myself...we try and catch as many as we can but sometimes its just not possible to catch them all. Its just a matter of them adding the software to get you up and running.

    well i guess that makes me feel a bit better, i wish i had a reply. i am wondering if they even got the file.
