FG ECU bench harness pinout

Hi all I have a mates fg NA+ T ecu here he wants me to fix a few issues with. I found a wiring diagram to bench read this but it will only ID and not read it asks for 3 seconds off ignition then says unlocker failed. Could there be an issue with my pinout or so you think previous tuner has locked it? Any help would be greatly appreciated

This started happening for me, I put in an ecu relay triggered off pin B37 that powered B34 and B46. That fixed it.
