The Borderline Lambda Correction table adds timing as your AFR's go richer, it's adding another 3 degrees at .82La, your engine might not like it at that rpm. I would not touch the lambda correction table but rather modify your borderline tables so the engine can "pass" through that region without knocking and then see it further up in the rpms you can add the timing.
