4l60e tcc slip seemily very high

new to tuning but starting to drive my s10 its 5.3 with ss2 cam 4l60e with freakshow 3k stall. shifting feels very off and the truck seems down on power.
At 4700 rpm and 32 mph trans in third gear and showing tcc slip speed of 3100 rpm and slip percentage is 256. trans input speed is 1440 and trans output speed is 1440

new to hp tuners and needing to verify my trans is healthy before continuing my build
